Xinsiwen liquid filter bags are made of high-quality raw materials: non-woven fabrics are made of high-quality polypropylene/polyester fibers. High-quality fibers have the characteristics of high strength, good elasticity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which ensure the quality of non-woven fabrics; nylon raw materials are made of high-quality nylon monofilaments, with stable wire diameters, and super strong tensile strength and knotting force of the monofilaments, which make them have reasonable recovery and wear resistance, thus ensuring the quality of the nylon mesh and the stability of filtration. A variety of ring openings are available: the filter bag ring openings can be made of zinc rings, polypropylene PP plastic rings, 304/316 stainless steel rings, and PP plastic rings. The stainless steel rings are used in special working conditions and are acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and high-temperature-resistant. Ultrasonic welding process: high strength and good sealing, replacing traditional welding/bonding processes, clean and pollution-free, and does not damage the workpiece. Arc bottom ultrasonic welding: more precise than hand sewing and without pinholes, avoiding the bottom from being ruptured due to concentrated pressure and reducing dirt residue in the four corners.
