Anode Unit

During the electrophoretic process, the workpiece acts as the cathode, and the anode unit provides the anode electric field.
The anode unit usually consists of an anode plate, an anode liquid circulation system, and an anode cover. The anode liquid circulates between the anode plate and the anode cover, and is separated from the paint liquid in the electrophoretic tank by an ion exchange membrane. Under the action of the electric field, the paint particles carry positive charges and move toward the cathode workpiece, while the anions in the anode liquid move toward the anode plate, forming a current loop.
