2.1 Recommended Mixing Ratio

  • Tank Mixing Ratio: Emulsion : Pigment Paste = 5 : 1 (weight ratio)
  • Make-up Mixing Ratio: Emulsion : Pigment Paste = 4 : 1 (weight ratio)

2.2 Preparation Steps for 1L 15% Solid Content Bath Solution

  1. Add 356g of emulsion and 572g of water into the container, stir evenly.
  2. Slowly add 72g of pigment paste under stirring, continue stirring and ripening at about 30℃ for use.
